Our ESG KPI Calculation Programme Suite

Social KPI Module
The Social KPI Module will support organisations in managing commonly reported social performance indicators.
Potential indicators include:
- workforce profile;
- employee turnover;
- training and development;
- diversity indicators;
- occupational health and safety performance; and
- employee-related statistics.
The module aims to help organisations establish a more structured approach to collecting and monitoring social sustainability information.
Governance KPI Module
The Governance KPI Module will support organisations in tracking and managing governance-related ESG indicators.
Potential indicators include:
- Board composition;
- corporate governance practices;
- anti-corruption information;
- compliance-related statistics; and
- governance performance indicators.
The module will help organisations organise governance information and support sustainability disclosure preparation.
