Throughout his career, Dr. Yang has provided strategic advisory support to leading commercial banks, multi-national conglomerates, and government-linked corporations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and China. At GreenCo, he guides our technical and assurance teams in applying disciplined scientific methods to build resilient, data-driven ESG solutions for public companies listed on the SGX and HKEx.

Max Tsang is the Founder and Director of GreenCo ESG Advisory Pte. Ltd. . He possesses over 18 years of professional experience in financial consulting and sustainability advisory. Since establishing GreenCo in 2016, he has directed ESG strategy, climate-related disclosure enhancements, and corporate governance frameworks for more than across Hong Kong, Singapore, Chinese Mainland, and international markets.

With a comprehensive background spanning accounting, finance, statistics, and sustainability, Max specializes in translating complex international regulatory frameworks into practical corporate workflows. He has delivered more than 100 professional presentations on ESG integrations, helping boards of directors and fund managers align their commercial objectives with long-term climate resilience and robust risk management.

Stephanie Chan is the Co-Owner and Principal Consultant at GreenCo, serving as the lead project manager for the firm’s core ESG disclosure and climate risk workstreams. She has over 6 years of sustainability consulting experience, specializing in sustainability disclosures, carbon accounting, and climate risk framework advisory. Stephanie has successfully directed ESG reporting programs for more than 30 major listed enterprises, including complex integrated resort operations, cross-border F&B chains, and licensed financial institutions.

Stephanie combines deep environmental science expertise with investment-chain literacy, enabling her to formulate robust carbon management plans that effectively meet both regulatory standards and investor expectations. Notably, she has spearheaded the design and implementation of GreenCo’s internal ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System for ESG and climate risk advisory services, assuring clients of consistent technical precision.
