• For sustainability reports published in calendar year 2026, companies are required to issue reports within 4 months of the end of the financial year, or within 5 months of the end of the financial year if external assurance has been conducted.
• For sustainability reports published in calendar year 2027, companies are required to issue reports together with their annual reports before the annual report deadlines while companies with external assurance conducted are required to issue reports within 5 months of the end of the financial year.
